Logistics People are looking for Warehouse Operatives, Production Operatives, Factory Operatives, Order Pickers, and Order Packers to join our team in Aylesford at Fowler Welch.

Working Hours

• 3 On 4 Off Night Shifts Available: 18:00 - 06:00
• Any 4 Out Of 7 Shifts Available: 07:00 - 19:00 (including 1 day at weekend)

Pay rate: GBP 12.30 - GBP 16.93 per hour.

About You

• Good communication skills
• Picking and packing experience
• MHE experience
• Ability to work in a chilled environment at 2.5°C
• Driving license may be required due to site location

Role Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders for shipping
• Working in a chilled distribution center at 2.5°C
• Manual handling, using electric barrow truck or PPT
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Handling stock with attention to detail
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned
• Participating in training sessions to improve skills
