Stannah in Andover is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Order Fulfilment Department. The role covers picking and scanning orders, adhering to SOPs, and meeting daily targets in a 37-hour week (Mon-Thu 13:15–23:00) with a 15% shift allowance. It is a permanent contract with health, safety and quality at the core.

The candidate should have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with barcode scanning. Training and development opportunities are available.

Warehouse Operative Jobs in Andover at Stannah – Join Our Team!

Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join the Order Fulfilment Department, based at Stephenson Close.

This role involves picking and scanning customer orders and contracts using manual picking methods and barcode equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times within a warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work 37 hours, Monday to Thursday 13:15 to 23:00, you will receive a 15% shift allowance during these hours. This role is offered on a permanent contract.

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with strong attention to detail and an understanding of health and safety procedures. Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

Picking and scanning customer orders using barcode equipment

Working in line with Standard Operating Procedures and daily targets

Ensuring accurate checking and packing of customer contracts

Adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards at all times

Supporting continuous improvement activities and maintaining 5S standards

Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
