We are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Team Leader, day-shift, to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Cardiff.

Your remit will be to ensure excellence in the daily running of fulfilment unit operations by assigning duties to co-workers, communicating objectives, and coaching the team.

Expected Starting Date: July

WHAT WE OFFER

This role offers a starting salary of £26,000 per annum, based on competence & experience.

39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.

Working hours are between 8am - 9pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
  • Relevant experience in retail and/or logistics roles.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record.
  • Skills in delegation, feedback, and business-minded approach.
  • Good computer skills and ability to communicate confidently in English.
  • Problem-solving experience.
