Job summary

Expeditors Cranfield is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping operations, ensuring safety standards and KPI performance across the facility. You will lead a team, coordinate schedules, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, strong English communication, and solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active with excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate work schedules and ensure coverage.
• Lead, coach, and discipline associates; input into performance evaluations.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with OPS and KPI expectations.
• Prepare and analyze production metrics.
• Ensure documentation and records are complete.
