Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in the East Midlands Gateway!

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

How you create impact
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing warehouse team through clear direction and support
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily operational targets
  • Monitor KPIs and take proactive action to maintain performance and service levels
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through reliable and responsive service
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records for full traceability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align operations and improve workflow
