Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
• Take ownership of warehouse initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Motivate and engage the team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Design and implement optimal warehouse processes and workflows.
• Oversee warehouse layout and space utilisation to maximise efficiency.
• Align warehouse operations with broader business objectives, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance service.
• Ensure all team members are trained, competent, and performing effectively.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and achieving performance targets.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and general IT tools.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations including picking, packing, stock control, and loading.
• Forklift licence (counterbalance and reach truck) preferred.
• Flexible approach to tasks and working hours.
• Strong grasp of KPIs and performance metrics.

• This is a full-time position hours of work Core hours Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00
