About the role

Warehouse Operations Manager
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of warehouse tasks. You will manage and develop the team to meet departmental and depot targets, focusing on operational efficiency, service excellence, and productivity. Managing warehouse assets to minimize costs, working closely with operations and central colleagues to uphold high internal and external service standards, will be key. Success will be measured by service standards achievement, cost control, stock-loss reduction, product availability, credit reduction, and effective team management including training and attendance.
We seek a positive, committed individual with a desire to improve, excellent planning and communication skills, and flexibility to cover shifts as needed. Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene legislation is essential. The candidate should be target-oriented with an accurate, methodical work approach.
