Role: Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

The Role:

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of warehouse functions including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution. You'll be instrumental in driving continuous improvements, ensuring KPIs are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve optimum performance
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
• Driving improvements in processes, productivity, and cost efficiencies
• Overseeing the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Operations Manager role within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Experience in managing operational KPIs, budgets, and process improvements
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant IT systems
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
