What you’ll do

You’ll be in charge of ensuring the warehouse and yard area is well managed and maintained. Day to day you’ll keep everything running like clockwork including setting goals, motivating staff, adhering to legal compliance and making security and Health and Safety your priority.

We will be looking to you for delivery accuracy, stock availability and control that meets budgets. Hitting targets is key – but success is about more than that, we want you to create a positive, can-do culture and to improve processes through innovation. If there’s a better way of working, you won’t be afraid to try it!

About you

Managing our warehouse team, you can add to your proven track record and put your expertise to work. Ideally, you’ll have previously worked in the FMCG sector, managing a busy warehouse. We’re looking for a great team manager with a knack for inspiring people and you’ll know how to get the best out of everyone.
