Job summary

Rhino Products Ltd, a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle accessories, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Ellesmere Port. You will drive safety, stock accuracy and continuous improvement, building a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will manage goods-in, storage, despatch, stock takes and KPI reporting, ensuring ISO9001 compliance and cost-efficient processes in a busy manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing stock control, goods-in and despatch operations.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar quality systems.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse activities including goods-in, storage and despatch.
• Ensure products are accurately booked in, stored and dispatched.
• Maintain stock organisation and location strategies for efficiency.
• Coordinate with transport providers for shipments.
• Investigate goods-in discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual stock takes and ongoing cycle counts.
• Monitor stock accuracy and implement corrective actions.
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete stock to minimise costs.
• Review layouts, processes and capacity to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
