Job summary

• Operate the warehouse function on a day-to-day basis.
• Support the Management Team with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
• Lead a team of operators and ensure efficient warehouse operations to meet business targets.
• Provide line management to the team, coordinating workloads and supporting delivery of work.
• Monitor issues and ensure production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met to satisfy customer requirements.
• Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and safety.
• Oversee the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet customer operational requirements and ensure on-time and in-full deliveries.
• Provide first line support for customer and DSV to proactively handle issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance service and apply DSV best practices.
• Complete and populate location KPIs and manage customer invoicing processes.
