Job description

We are working with a growing organisation in the Ramsgate area who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis, in office.

Offering a competitive salary, option to work weekends in place of weekdays, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension and an overall great package.

The ideal person will be a self-starter, hardworking and have the willingness to learn new processes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1 Pick & pack orders efficiently, with a high attention to detail.

2 Plan your time and track your stock levels to ensure all products are produced on time.

3 Work effectively as part of our team and assist others when able.

4 Assist the production team with cutting and wicking of materials.

5 Keep track of stock and be pro-active in everything you do.

6 Adhere to all standard operating procedures, instructions, and health and safety policies on site.

7 Be open & communicative with transparency, wellbeing, and asking questions when they arise.

8 Safe operation of any equipment on site.

9 Ensure your workspace is tidy & organised.

10 Any other responsibilities that may reasonably be required.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable warehouse/stores experience is essential.

* You will need your own vehicle to attend the site (no public transport).

* You will have great customer service and a genuine desire to help people.

* You will have a willingness to learn new things and be a team player.

* Possess a positive, optimistic and sociable attitude to fit the team culture.

* You will be a punctual, organised and pro-active individual.
