Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Associate to join a small, collaborative team. You will handle goods in/out, stock control and logistics, with occasional deliveries to data centres and basic on-site installation tasks.

The role requires reliability, adaptability and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment; fluency in English is essential, German is a plus, and a valid UK driving licence with van experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.
• Able to work in a small, dynamic team with changing priorities.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Confident with WMS (SAP) and Microsoft Office/Teams.
• Willingness to perform physical work while following safety and quality procedures.
• Flexibility to support data centre work occasionally.
• Full UK Category B driving licence with van experience.
• Very good English; German is an advantage.
• Forklift licence (in-house cert accepted).
• Interest in working with technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry inbound, outbound and internal warehouse operations in line with daily priorities.
• Manage inventory transactions in WMS, support stock counts and accuracy.
• Pick, pack, stage, inspect and prepare goods; assist with general admin.
• Follow procedures and uphold quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Complete daily documentation, checklists and basic reports.
• Support local data centre deliveries and assist with install tasks under guidance.
