Warehouse Operations Administrator (4 On/4 Off Days)

Menzies Distribution Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our team in Normanton (WF6 2AE). The role involves providing first-class service and supporting efficient operational processes to ensure the integrity of customer and supplier stock data, while adhering to all operational and compliance standards.

The Details
  • Salary: £27,378 per annum
  • Shift: 4 On/4 Off Days
  • Hours: 40.5 per week / 06:00 to 18:00
  • Location: Normanton WF6 2AE
  • Monthly pay
  • Onsite parking
Key Duties
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with all H&S policies
  • Implement and monitor environmental control measures
  • Maintain and uphold business key standards
  • Support effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Review and develop operational practices
  • Maintain WMS system
  • Accurate data entry onto Claws
  • Manage customer orders and documentation effectively
  • Prepare reports and KPI data for management
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel and management
  • Manage stock takes and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to customer stock control procedures
  • Control wastage and report accordingly
  • Maintain HACCP and BRC awareness
  • Generate inventory and warehouse administration reports
  • Oversee pallet control reporting
