Job summary

A leading logistics client in Rugby is seeking an experienced High-Level Order Picker to join their busy warehouse team. You will operate a High-Level Order Picker safely, pick stock from high-level racking, use a scanner to locate products, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.

Monday–Friday, full-time, temp to perm for the right candidate. Training paid at £12.71/hour; after training £13.71/hour subject to performance.

Qualifications

• Valid High-Level Order Picker/MHE licence is essential.
• Previous experience operating a High-Level Order Picker.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Rugby for an experienced

High-Level Order Picker to join their busy warehouse team.

The Role

As a High-Level Order Picker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating a High-Level Order Picker safely and efficiently
• Picking stock from high-level racking
• Using a scanner to accurately pick and locate products
• Ensuring orders are picked correctly and on time
• Working safely at height and following warehouse procedures
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Reporting any stock or equipment issues to your supervisor
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required

Pay & Progression

First 2 weeks: £12.71 per hour during training

• After training:

£13.71 per hour, subject to satisfactory performance

Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Requirements

Valid High-Level Order Picker/MHE licence is essential
