Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Selby. The role offers hourly pay with day and night shifts, overtime at a premium, and a 4 on 4 off pattern. Start times include 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am. Free transport from Leeds is provided, with site canteen and on-site parking available.

You will unload lorries, handle goods in/put away, pick and pack orders, and maintain hygiene standards across shifts. Prior picking/packing experience is preferred.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Selby.

The rate of pay is:

• Days £13.21 per hour
• Nights £15.47 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at a premium of £2.67 per hour

• Days £15.88 per hour
• Nights £18.14 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

This is a temporary peak rate only valid until Saturday 2nd January 2027

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit due to the nature of the role, as it involves a lot of walking and repetitive moving, and lifting of stock. You will have the flexibility to do various tasks across the shift.

Applicants will be able to follow instructions, have good spoken English and show great attention to detail.

Picking/Packing experience is required.
