Core Group is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Mate / Labourer in Cardiff, with a valid Counterbalance FLT and CSCS card. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:15, and involves handling goods, operating the FLT, loading/unloading, and maintaining stock records.

You will join a busy warehouse team, ensure safety procedures are followed, and help keep stores clean and well organised while supporting colleagues as needed.

Formación

• FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.
• CSCS card is required or willing to obtain.
• Experience as Mechanical Mate.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving, checking and storing goods
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse/stores
• Picking and preparing materials for dispatch
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and records
• Keeping the stores and warehouse areas clean and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse/stores team as required
