We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing TPS business. Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Warehouse Manager will oversee the warehouse's effective and efficient operation, manage the warehouse team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining high stock integrity through efficient management and implementing TPS warehouse processes for full audit traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse and sales performance

• Set and monitor performance targets for Warehouse Operatives and Van Drivers.
• Review targets regularly with the Centre Manager and take corrective actions as needed.

Managing the team

• Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and provide developmental support.
• Motivate and recognize the team through rewards and bonuses in collaboration with the Centre Manager.

Customer Service

• Ensure team follows warehouse processes to provide high service levels.
• Monitor delivery schedules with the management team to maintain service quality.
• Present a professional image aligned with TPS standards.

Managing Stock

• Check inbound stock, report anomalies, and ensure correct allocation.
• Control stock movements outwards, prevent unauthorized removal, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep stock safe and in good condition following TPS/VWG guidelines.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and support stock audits.
• Process returns per TPS guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and prompt order picking and dispatch.
• Report delivery issues to the Sales Team.
• Track delivery vans to ensure visibility for the team.

Systems and Processes

• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
• Comply with business processes, including warranty procedures.
• Handle exchange units and financial transactions securely.
