Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations at our stadium venue. This vital role supports the food & beverage operation by ensuring efficient product flow, accurate inventory management, and smooth event execution. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for administrative duties including purchase order creation, inventory tracking, and POS reporting, while managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining product ordering efficiency to reduce waste, control costs, and ensure all operational needs are met ahead of each event.

This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$27.00.

Responsibilities
  • Manage receiving, organization, and distribution of food, beverage, and supply products across all stadium locations
  • Ensure timely, accurate product delivery based on event orders and operational requirements
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders for all incoming supplies and goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock rotation and cycle counts
  • Monitor and log all product movement, addressing shortages, overages, or discrepancies
  • Supervise labeling, dating, and safe storage of all products upon delivery
  • Reconcile inventory data with point-of-sale (POS) reports to support forecasting and minimize waste
  • Assist with generating and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse that complies with sanitation and safety standards
  • Perform and oversee maintenance of warehouse and concession equipment, including refrigeration, lighting, carts, and burden carriers
  • Serve as opening or closing manager for warehouse operations during event days
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution of duties and team accountability
  • Provide clear direction to team members for event prep, requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, and equipment storage
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment while enforcing performance expectations and company standards
  • Evaluate employee performance and maintain staff documentation including reviews, training records, and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate closely with concessions, catering, and culinary services teams to ensure event readiness and smooth operations
  • Be available to work all scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Assist Finance Manager with accounts receivable/payable, sales documentation, and other reporting duties as needed
  • Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure all storage and commissary areas are clean, secure, and ready for next use
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice, hospitality, or warehouse leadership; stadium/venue experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in inventory systems, purchase order processes, and POS reporting tools

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions and warehouse environments
