Job description

Are you a tenacious and motivating manager with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, energetic environment? We are looking for an Operations Manager on the early shift to join an excellent FMCG business.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.

This is a busy 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work across varying early shift patterns is required.

In this role, you will lead and motivate teams of up to 30-100 people, ensuring productivity targets are met, tracking KPIs, and adhering to health and safety regulations, among other tasks.

The salary is up to 55k depending on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.
