As our Warehouse Manager, you must be organized and process-driven, with an eye for detail. You should remain calm under pressure, prioritize your workload, and communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, and couriers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role ensures the safe, secure, and efficient management of stock. Experience with inward and outward goods, inventory management, forecasting, order preparation, and shipping is essential.

While this is a managerial role, it is also hands-on. Dermapure Clinical has doubled sales in 18 months, with growth expected to lead to larger premises and a more managerial focus in the future. We seek someone excited about future prospects and role development.

The position is based at our head office in Surrey.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

1. Working on Sage 200 for accounts and stock management
2. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
3. Collaborating with the accounts department on stock control and ordering
4. Managing goods inward, logging, and storing goods
5. Optimizing storage space and planning for future capacity
6. Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness
7. Managing stock control, reordering, product lifespans, and stocktakes
8. Preparing sales orders for shipping, ensuring safe packaging
9. Liaising with the sales team on order issues
10. Negotiating courier services and managing relationships
11. Preparing and shipping trade show goods
12. Ensuring warehouse security and health and safety compliance
13. Conducting oneself professionally for the benefit of the business and team
14. Representing the business and brands appropriately
15. Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events
16. Flexibility to perform tasks outside immediate job scope for business benefit
17. Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
18. Interest in the skincare sector is advantageous
