Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que manager d'entrepôt dans le secteur alimentaire/FMCG.
• Connaissance des systèmes ERP comme AX.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement à évolution rapide.

Responsibilities

• Responsable des opérations d'entrepôt, y compris le stockage et l'expédition.
• Gestion des équipes et supervision des processus de réception et de distribution.
• Maintien de l'exactitude des stocks tout en atteignant les objectifs de productivité.

As Warehouse Manager you’ll report into the Supply Chain Manager for a successful food manufacturing business.

This role will suit a professional who has worked in a senior warehouse position for a UK Food / FMCG manufacturing business and has led and managed teams, overseen the day-to-day receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all inbound and outbound goods in a safe, hygienic, and secure environment.

My client is part of a global business that is going through a period of growth and change, they have long-standing partnerships with their customers and supply leading retailers and foodservice businesses. Day-to-day, you’ll be a vital part of the supply chain process, you’ll have full responsibility to lead the warehouse team where you’ll manage processes and systems to ensure that goods are received, stored, and dispatched and that stock accuracy is maintained at all times whilst meeting productivity targets.

• Previous warehouse experience gained in Food / FMCG manufacturing
• A proven track record of managing teams
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques
• A proven track record in experience of AX or other ERP systems and data analysis
• A proven track record in project management
