Contentious Probate Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate

Location: West Midlands + flexible hybrid

Salary: Above market rate + Reduced billable hours + Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday

The firm are currently looking to bolster their tier 1 - Legal 500 Contentious Probate offering with a driven and motivated Solicitor, where you will have the opportunity to gain access to top quality work.

The Role:

• Responsible for running a full caseload of Contentious Probate matters - The work will include a broad range of clients including very high-profile individuals. The nationwide client base will provide you with significant opportunities to work on varied, complex and interesting matters
• Supporting Partners in the team on more complex matters
• Support on business development/marketing activities as and when required.

About You:

To be suitable for this Contentious Probate Solicitor position, you will be able to boast prior experience of working within a Contentious Probate department and be confident in progressing your own caseload.

The role will likely be suited to individuals with 4+PQE. However, applicants outside of this PQE will certainly be considered.

It is important that you have great communication and organisational skills and can build relationships effectively.
