Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Warwick, Onsite

Industry: Sales, Service and distribution sector

Lead, optimise, deliver

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing and electrical assembly operations at this Warwick site. You'll oversee goods in/out, inventory accuracy, stock control, and team performance, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 across warehouse and electrical workshop
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and champion a culture of safety
  • Maintain stock accuracy and optimise ERP/WMS processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost control
  • Liaise with the Electrical Design Team to support bespoke product assembly
  • Work with suppliers and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics
What You'll Bring

  • Proficient in MS Office and performance reporting
  • Confident in improving processes, solving problems, and managing change

  • Excellent people management skills and experience
