Job Description

As our Warehouse Operations Leader, you'll be at the heart of our business, managing key processes like goods-in, stock management, picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch. With a focus on maintaining top-tier BRC standards and driving continuous improvement, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Plan routes, control stock, and optimise order fulfilment processes.
• Champion health and safety standards, ensuring full statutory compliance.
• Manage and inspire warehouse staff, overseeing shift patterns, appraisals, and training.
• Track and report KPIs like stock integrity, on-time delivery, and pick efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, 3PL, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure accuracy in WMS data and implement best practices in SOPs.
• Oversee warehouse maintenance and equipment servicing schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards at the highest level.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• NVQ or equivalent in Management/Business Studies.
• Solid experience in WMS and warehouse operations.
• Expertise in 3PL logistics, efficiency management, and health & safety compliance.
