Qualifications

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager to join a UK known manufacturer in the Hereford Area!

With no day ever being the same the Warehouse Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing in and outbound stock and WIP
• Ensuring stock accuracy after a production run
• Dealing with discrepancies and putting the root cause right
• Managing a team of warehouse staff - 1to1s, appraisals, disciplinaries
• Oversee goods-in processes, stock audits, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience of managing a warehouse in a manufacturing environment, ensuring sufficient stock management to supply production plans
• Managing in and outbound stock and WIP
• Proven success in managing and improving stock accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (WinMan preferred).
