Hunter Selection is working closely with a prestigious client near the Monmouthshire area. After a successful start to the year and a large increase in orders, they’re looking for a warehouse manager to oversee a small team.

Duties of the role:

1. Lead the warehouse operation and manage people to meet business requirements.
2. Responsible for the health and safety of workers, contractors, and visitors by ensuring workplace risks are identified, safe systems of work and storage are in place, and health and safety rules are complied with at all times.
3. Maintain a well-organized workplace with high standards of housekeeping to enable achievement of targets.
4. Confirm stock accuracy through monthly cycle counting and annual stock counts with the key customer.

Experience & skillset:
