Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group are recruiting for a brand new Warehouse Manager role for a well established specialist company based in Newark.

You will be responsible for stock control, leading warehouse staff, overseeing goods in/out, ensuring health & safety, and maintaining accurate stock locations with a barcode scanning system, while collaborating with internal teams and reporting to the operations manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience leading a team and maintaining health and safety within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control.
• Lead warehouse staff including appraisals and training.
• Oversee goods in/goods out processes.
• Manage compliance checks and health & safety within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate stock location using barcode scanning system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Report to the Operations Manager.

Reflect Recruitment Group are recruiting for a brand new Warehouse Manager role for a well established specialist company based in Newark.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

As warehouse manager, you would be responsible for:

• Managing stock control.
• Warehouse staff management including appraisals and training experience.
• Overseeing the goods in/goods out process.
• Managing compliance checks.
• Maintaining accurate stock location within the warehouse through a barcode scanning system.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations were met.
• Reporting directly to the operations manager.

Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Counterbalance FLT Licence.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Responsible for manual handling and health & safety within the warehouse.

Desirable qualities:

• Own transport is advisable.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning systems in an operational warehouse.
• Experience coordinating equipment servicing, warranties and repairs.
