Job summary

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager based in Forest of Dean. The role offers leadership of the warehouse team, oversight of day-to-day operations, and a focus on stock control and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include developing the team, managing goods receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, and driving data-driven improvements using ERP, WMS or MES systems.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Manager or similar leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational change.
• Advanced Excel skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or MES systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the warehouse team.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
