Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Identify customers' needs . Promote sales to existing clients. Recommend products or services to customers. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Organize and maintain inventory. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized.
