• Experience in ISO accredited environments (14001, 45001, 9001).
• Confidence to set and measure KPI's and SLA's.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehousing operations from goods in to dispatch.
• Lead the team and manage offshore suppliers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job description

The role is based in Grantham - easily commutable from most of Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm

You should have...

• Experience in warehouse management including WMS (ideally Oracle Netsuite or SAP or similar)
• Strong understanding of all warehousing operations from goods in to despatch, inventory management and stock control, health and safety management
• Excellent team leadership skills and stakeholder management as you will be dealing with offshore suppliers (China, India, Vietnam)
• Confidence to set and measure performance through KPI's and SLA's (e.g. OTIF) preferably in a seasonal retail or ecommerce business
