We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse management, inventory control, and warehouse automation systems.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to meet operational demands.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software, inventory systems, and warehouse automation technologies.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
