As Warehouse Manager how do you earn trust in a warehouse team?

The warehouse is growing, the previous Warehouse Manager has just been promoted, creating space for you to shape the next chapter.

There s already a strong foundation here, a team of 16, 2 of which are direct reports, and the support of a hands-on senior manager who s been seconded to guide the site s development someone who you can be mentored by and learn from.

But what it needs now is structure.

• Someone who sees how the day-to-day can run smarter.
• Who can spot the gaps and close them.
• And who knows how to bring people along with them.

You ll be the Warehouse Manager overseeing .

• Everything from stock integrity to team reviews.
• Working with raw materials and piece parts.
• Helping transfer systems over to SAP.
• Reviewing layouts.
• Leading return-to-works, one-to-ones and process improvements that actually stick.

It s a mixed team, some who ve been here for years, others just settling in, so your people skills will matter just as much as your operational ones.

If you ve worked in automotive, brilliant, and if you understand lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, even better.
You don t need to be an expert, just someone who lives and breathes process and knows how to put it into practice.
