Our client is a growing yet well-established food manufacturer that continues to expand its reach and capabilities. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they are seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead their supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, overseeing the movement of a diverse range of products through a high-volume, complex supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and optimising warehouse and logistics operations to support business growth.
2. Overseeing despatch processes to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) deliveries.
3. Developing strong partnerships with 3PL providers to improve efficiency and service levels.
4. Leading and motivating warehouse teams to deliver exceptional performance.
5. Implementing best practices for inventory control, stock accuracy, and waste reduction.
6. Ensuring full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced warehouse and despatch professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

1. A proven track record in logistics & warehouse management within food manufacturing or FMCG.
2. Experience managing a high volume of SKUs in a complex production setting.
3. Strong knowledge of despatch, inventory management, and 3PL logistics.
4. A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive performance and efficiency.
5. A commercial mindset, always seeking cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
6. A deep understanding of warehouse compliance, health & safety, and food safety standards.
