    • Address any employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of both printed materials and workwear.
    • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
    • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and adherence to company procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and implement improvements as needed.
    • Liaise with other departments, such as production and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Quality and Accuracy:
    • Maintain high standards of quality control for all outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy in both printing and workwear dispatch.
    • Implement and enforce procedures to minimize damage and loss of stock.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Ensure the warehouse operates in a safe manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
    • Promote a culture of safety awareness within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with best practices in warehouse management.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and technologies.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
