Job description

As a warehouse manager within World Duty Free you will be responsible for the warehouse operations, ensuring delivery of your department and management of your team. You will motivate and develop your team to deliver a high performance of warehouse operations, so our retail outlets receive their orders on time and in full. It will be your responsibility to ensure all deliveries go out on time and deal with any issue efficiently and effectively.


Your responsibilities will be to:

  1. Manage the day-to-day warehousing operations ensuring delivery of departmental KPIs within defined operational processes & procedures.
  2. Lead, motivate and develop direct reports to create a high-performance team.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally through collaborative working with colleagues and the efficient resolution of customer & supplier queries.

What do you need to be a Warehouse Shift Leader at World Duty Free?

  1. Knowledge or experience of working within a fast-paced Logistics environment.
  2. Previous experience of leading managing teams.
  3. Passion about working in a team.
