We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control & Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee inventory management, stock handling, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient use of warehouse space, labour, and resources while maintaining optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Control & Inventory Management:
   Review, develop, and implement stock control, handling, and distribution policies to maximize efficiency.
   Monitor inventory levels and advise managers on required goods, quality, and delivery timelines.
   Prepare reports on expenditure and recommend improvements in materials standardization.
   Ensure proper storage conditions and conduct regular inspections to prevent damage or deterioration.
2. Warehouse Operations:
   Allocate warehouse space effectively to optimize storage and workflow.
   Oversee goods receiving, processing, picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch operations.
   Ensure accurate order fulfilment by collecting products from shelves, preparing shipments, and coordinating with delivery partners.
   Maintain high-performance standards in all warehouse activities.
3. Support & Coordination:
   Assist managers in day-to-day operational tasks and decision-making.
   Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in stock control, warehouse management, or inventory operations.
