Were a well-established, family-run business based in Burnley, seeking a Warehouse Manager to take the reins of our busy operation. This is a key leadership role, managing a small but dedicated team of 56 staff, with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our warehouse.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Overseeing stock control and conducting regular stock counts
  • Ensuring smooth organisation and layout of warehouse space
  • Handling documentation, dispatch paperwork, and system entries
  • Leading on health & safety compliance and best practice
  • Implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
  • Being hands-on this is not a desk-only role!

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
