Location:Blackburn

Job Type: Full-Time -Permanent

Shift: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm

Were looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all onsite and offsite warehousing, goods receipt, stock control, and internal logistics.

You'll lead a team of warehouse staff, manage forklift operations, and drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and material handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff
• Oversee stock accuracy, goods receipt, and inventory checks
• Ensure safe, efficient movement of materials and packaging
• Manage forklift driver training, maintenance, and compliance
• Support continuous improvement and lean storage initiatives
• Collaborate with Quality, Transport, and Sales teams
  
  

What Youll Need:

• Proven warehouse or logistics management experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• FLT and warehouse systems knowledge
• IT systems knowledge (WMS/ERP familiarity beneficial)
