  • Resolve issues and fix breakdowns, supporting all warehouse departments.
  • Problem solve and fault find on Mechanical Handling Equipment.
  • Collaborate with external contractors to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Follow and promote good working practices, emphasizing health and safety.

As a Lidl Warehouse Maintenance Operative, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our distribution centre and stores by looking after equipment, machinery, fixtures, and fittings. Your role involves supporting your team with a can-do attitude and ensuring our warehouse remains in excellent condition. Your flexible approach to working shifts will provide variety and new challenges.

In return, we offer a competitive salary based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and personal life.
