Warehouse/Machine Operative – Stanmore

Location: Stanmore

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Start: Immediate

Contract: Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)

Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse/Machine Operative to join a reputable and well-established company based in Stanmore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience, particularly within a GMP-compliant or quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hands-on, and confident working with machinery as part of a fast-paced production or warehouse team.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
2. Carrying out quality checks in line with manufacturing standards
3. Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
4. Labelling, packaging, and manual handling of products
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
6. Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

1. Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a production environment
2. Understanding of GMP standards and quality control processes
3. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
4. A good work ethic and a team player attitude
5. Punctual, reliable, and physically fit for warehouse duties
