Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators. This role will be within our private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets, and refresh systems, ensuring 24/7 network operations and comprehensive repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Warehouse/Logistics Operative to join our team in Coventry. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to company policy, ensuring timely delivery to customers, utilizing stock control systems, sending reports, and maintaining PPE equipment.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in receiving and processing warehouse stock products: unloading, labeling, inspecting for defects or damages.
• Ability to pick and fill orders accurately for shipment.
• Skill in packing and shipping orders, ensuring safe packaging and prompt delivery or handover to engineers.
• Capability to manage, organize, and retrieve stock, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Understanding of safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Familiarity with Oracle stock platform or similar systems for controlling stock records and reporting.
• Support in asset management, including tooling, testers, and PPE.
• Possession of a Reach Truck Forklift Licence is preferable but not essential.
