  • Opportunities to learn, develop, and progress within a thriving business — with training provided to help you build skills and increase your earnings over time
  • Option to undertake industry‑specific apprenticeships and gain recognised qualifications, including customs and logistics training
Are you the right person for the job?

You’ll be organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a close‑knit, supportive team.

Some experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative work is beneficial — but not essential. The right attitude and a willingness to learn are what really count.

You’ll also have:

  • Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • A reliable and proactive approach to your work
  • Experience with stock or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
What will your role look like?

This is a varied position that supports the smooth flow of goods through warehouse and logistics operations. You’ll be involved in both administration and light warehouse duties, including:

  • Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Preparing and managing shipping, delivery, and customs documentation
  • Assisting with customs tasks — including declarations, paperwork checks, and compliance with regulations
  • Liaising with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments such as sales and customer service
  • Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on‑time delivery and clearance
  • Maintaining accurate stock control records and assisting with stock reconciliation
  • Supporting warehouse operations as needed — checking in deliveries, processing returns, picking orders, and helping with stock takes
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and health & safety procedures
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and logistics processes
