Role: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Start: ASAP

Contract: Permanent, full time

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Reports to: Operations Director

We are looking to expand our team with a new Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the storage and delivery of our products. Role:

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our beer. You will lead a small team of warehouse staff and drivers, optimize delivery routes, and ensure products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse operatives and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory management (using Breww)
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Promote health & safety compliance across all operations, including daily checks and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and structural integrity
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor for potential out-of-stock risks
• Collaborate with HR to support team development
• Drive performance through KPIs and process improvements

You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives in operational challenges and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are hands-on, calm under pressure, and comfortable with technology systems.
