Job description

ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join a specialist catering brand on a permanent basis.

The Role:
  1. Oversee the packing and unpacking of equipment for events, following a structured process.
  2. Liaise with Event Managers (EMs) to confirm packing lists and schedule timings for deliveries and returns.
  3. Ensure all equipment, including packaging, tableware, platters, aprons, linens, and other materials, are properly logged and maintained.
  4. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and efficiently stocked.
  5. Maintain a log for all supplier deliveries (including hire items, alcohol, laundry, and other stock) and ensure timely returns.
Requirements:
  • A clean, valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics, ideally within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Confident and experienced driver, comfortable driving vans and managing vehicle schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in inventory management, logistics, and food safety.
