A renowned fashion and home retail company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join their team in Chessington on a permanent basis. The position offers a salary of up to 50,000.

In this role, you will oversee the operations of the warehouse and logistics departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality. Your responsibilities will include managing goods receipt, put-away, replenishment, stock control, picking, and logistics teams, all aimed at maintaining optimal efficiency and service levels.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a retail environment, specifically in warehouse management, and a strong track record of leading large teams and managing complex operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring daily KPIs to assess warehouse and logistics performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure exceptional service
  • Conducting regular audits across departments to ensure compliance with processes
  • Leading and contributing to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service quality
  • Driving continuous process improvements within the team
