The Opportunity

We're seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead the end-to-end logistics and warehousing operation. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth intake, storage, and dispatch of goods, while also managing vehicle and driver compliance, inventory control, and cross-departmental coordination.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, implement structure, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations
* Manage vehicle scheduling, route planning, driver compliance, and fleet maintenance
* Lead warehouse layout optimisation, inventory management, and FIFO processes
* Coordinate effectively with purchasing, production, and planning teams
* Maintain accurate records for stock, deliveries, and transport performance
* Drive compliance with health & safety and food quality standards
* Coach and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
* Manage stock levels in alignment with forecasts and seasonal demand
* Conduct variance analysis, inventory audits, and drive corrective actions
* Ensure a clean, audit-ready, and well-organised warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years' experience in a logistics or warehouse management role within manufacturing (ideally food/FMCG)
* Strong knowledge of fleet and driver compliance, warehouse operations, and inventory control
* Experience working with chilled/frozen storage
* Detail-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
* Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance
