LT Selection is proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client.

We believe that everyone we connect with an employer positively impacts the further education, skills, and employment sector. We will play our part by providing staffing solutions with speed, that will increase quality within the sector, and provide certainty for sustained employment.

We are supporting a forward-thinking training provider to appoint a driven and motivated Warehouse & Lean Tutor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vocational trainer or skills coach who wants to broaden their impact and develop professionally. While experience delivering Lean Organisation Techniques is desirable, full training and support will be provided to develop this expertise on the job.

The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling across delivery sites in the region and confident supporting a wide range of learners, including unemployed adults seeking career entry into warehousing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-impact sessions in Warehouse & Storage and (with support) Lean Organisation Techniques.

Deliver qualifications such as Level 1/2 Warehouse & Storage, embedding employability and industry knowledge into your teaching.

Create inclusive lesson plans, schemes of work, and resources that support varied learning styles.

Assess learner progress through a range of assessment methods, offering regular feedback and maintaining accurate records.

Use technology and online systems to track learner achievement, attendance, and engagement.

Take part in CPD to develop your delivery in Lean, with internal guidance and peer mentoring provided.

Support learners to progress into employment or further study by boosting their confidence, knowledge, and skills.

Build positive working relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, and other referral partners to support learner outcomes.

Travel across sites and employer locations to deliver programmes as required.

About You

You are enthusiastic, people-focused and passionate about helping others succeed. You bring experience in warehousing or logistics and are ready to grow your delivery skillset further. You may not yet be an expert in Lean—but you’re proactive, coachable, and up for the challenge.
