We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team across Customer-specific delivery requirements, goods-inwards inspections & QC, through to order fulfilment. Efficient & on time in full order fulfilment is a pivotal part of the role, whilst maintaining quality & high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
  • Co-ordinate order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely order management through to delivery.
  • Ensure all orders are processed in line with any Company values & Customer specific requirements where needed.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with wider business departments, including logistics and customer service, to streamline operations.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision/management of a team, preferably in a wholesale business setting.
  • Diligent and conscientious.
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to multi-task.
  • Strong understanding of systems and software.
  • Knowledge of dealing with Customer specific order requirements, reprocessing, special order/delivery requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
