Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems for inventory control, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate inventory variances and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Ability to deliver effective communication skills across all levels.

  • Conduct daily inventory reconciliation with clients to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
  • Analyse root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Monitor and ensure proper storage practices and stock movement controls to support inventory loss prevention.

The role for our Warehouse Support Specialist is co-ordinate the timely completion of inventory related tasks for clients within the East Midlands Gateway facility, collaborating closely with commercial and operations colleagues and ensuring that inventory accuracy is pivotal and at the forefront of the operational mindset.

Working with the warehouse management system to ensure high stock accuracy, minimise stock losses, and maintain reconciliation between physical stock and SAP records.

Developing strong working relationships with the relevant key stakeholders, to ensure successful completion of all scheduled physical inventory tasks, through timely communication, transparency and regular alignment.

Your Tasks
